SGM MICHAEL J. MIKA, USA (RET.)
President and CEO
Mike is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major with over ten years of service in the U.S. Army Special Forces. He holds a BS from the University of Maryland in Business Management and MA from Pepperdine University in Human Resource Management. Mike is a seasoned, experienced, and fully competent personnel management administrator with over 20 years direct hands-on work in both public and private sector employment. He also performs various volunteer duties for other local charitable organizations. He is currently working with the Richland One School District in Columbia, South Carolina teaching the “Green Beret Leadership and Teambuilding Course” developed for high school students. This program is in its 5th year and is now an elective credit course that students can use for qualifying graduation credits from high school. Mike holds a number of positions within the Special Forces Community. He is President of the South Carolina Special Forces Foundation; President of Chapter XXXIV, Special Forces Association; he is also an active participant with the Special Forces Association National Headquarters located in Fayetteville, NC.
JOHNNIE GRAHAM
Vice President
Mr. Graham holds a Master of Arts Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Webster University.
He served as the lead agent of the United States Special Operations Command Protective Services Detail at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida with the responsibility of protecting the commander from assassination, kidnapping, injury and embarrassment. Mr. Graham has coordinated security operations with all levels of federal and foreign agencies to include the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOD, U.S. Secret Service, Jordanian Secret Service, Israeli Secret Service, Malaysian Secret Service and numerous other foreign security agencies. He has conducted security missions around the world to include Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Israel, Colombia, Brazil, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, United Arab Emirates, India and numerous other locations.
He served on a no-notice counter-terrorism force in Southeast Asia where he was in charge of 50 counter-terrorism personnel with the responsibility of protecting United States interest in the region. He has trained numerous foreign national level counter-terrorism units around the world. Mr. Graham retired from the United States Army having served over 23 years. He served over 10 years as a United States Army Green Beret. Mr. Graham is a life member of the Special Forces Association. Mr. Graham is currently serving as the Vice-President of Chapter 34 of the Special Forces Association located in Columbia, South Carolina.
Mr. Graham is the president of Layered Security Solutions Group specializing in executive protection and security & threat vulnerability assessments.
JOHN ROLLINSON
DIRECTOR
John is a retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer (WO5) possessing a mired amount of experience in both administration and logistics. Additionally, he also has worked in several professional positions requiring an executive level of knowledge in both operational and strategic planning and operations. Upon his retirement John has worked as a management consultant to several Presidents, CEO and Boards of Directors to both private and public organizations.
KIM LINEBERGER
DIRECTOR
Kim is the President/CEO of Lineberger Construction, Inc., a total site work construction, grading, paving and utilities organization with business contracts in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Kim is also the President of the Brigadier General (Retired) Ross E. Beard Memorial Organization providing an entity to keep the name and legend of a great American Hero alive and to perform charitable works in the form of charitable giving to worthy causes and to provide scholarship funding for underprivileged children from South Carolina to attend higher education.
